Meet Our Chef
Chef Sergio Celi brings a wealth of culinary expertise to Lava Rock Kitchen. Originally from Ecuador, he honed his skills over 17 years in Tribeca, working alongside renowned Chef Luigi Celentano at Gigino Trattoria. Under Chef Luigi’s guidance, Chef Sergio mastered the art of Italian cuisine, from traditional techniques to innovative flavors. His dedication and passion are evident in every dish, making him an invaluable part of our team.
